We have been focused mainly on our online promotional services since lockdown began to ensure our employer partners and UK charities continue to be supported. Our Workplace Giving Hub has proven to be a fantastic success with each employer having their hub tailored to meet their specific needs.
To encourage employee participation in the Payroll Giving scheme we have offered many incentives including matched donations up to £10 in month one which ran from 1st April until 30th June resulting in a steady flow of new donations. Our lockdown Selfless Selfie competition in May with prizes of £50 charity donation for the winner and £25 for the runner up was a huge success adding a bit of fun to fundraising and gaining more donors.
Our current incentive is a prize draw during July and again in August where one lucky winner each month can nominate a charity to receive a gift of £50 from us.
We are delighted to share that Payroll Giving face to face promotions will be up and running in accordance with the Institute of Fundraising guidelines . Our fundraisers are being trained and will be delivering promotions as agreed with our employer partners.
For those employees still working from home or for those employers who are more comfortable with continuing our online services we have included webinars to facilitate employee engagement.
