Payroll Giving Quality Marks

Every employer that offers a Payroll Giving Scheme to their employees is eligible to receive a Quality Mark. Employers receive an award based on the percentage of employees donating through the scheme, these are as set out below

 

Diamond (30%+)

Platinum (20-29%)

Gold (10-19%)

Silver (5-9%)

Bronze (1-4%)

How it works – Breakdown

Step 1

Employees complete donation form – Paper/ Online.
All of our fundraisers are DBS cleared and GDPR compliant

Step 2

Data verification

Step 3

StC sends information via sharefile to Payroll, Pay Agent and nominated charities. ISO 27001:2013

Step 4

Payroll make deduction after N.I and before tax and send to Pay Agent

Step 4

Pay Agent receives funds from Payroll and then disburses to charities

Step 6

Charity receives payment and thank you letter or email may be sent from chosen charity if donor has opted in
