We are reminded of this at our annual company training day when everyone from the business gets together with some of our charity partners: Barnardos, Guide Dogs, Kidney Research, Mercy Corps, Marie Curie and RNIB to get insights into their work. We share best practice, review the successes of last year and plan for the year ahead. It’s a time to celebrate award winning, new employer partners and new improved services.
