Johanna Wright MInstF - Managing Director
Jo Wright has worked within the voluntary sector since the early 90s, initially working with Sharing the Caring. She has been working with charities, companies and Professional Fundraising Organisations to develop and support Payroll Giving since then. In 2004, having left Sharing the Caring, Jo became a Director of Bell Fundraising and in 2009 co-founded Bell Donor Management with Helen von Trotsenburg. Jo has unparalleled experience in the Payroll Giving arena.
Helen von Trotsenburg MInstF - Director, Charity Liaison and Finance
Helen Von Trotsenburg co-founded Bell Fundraising Ltd in 2003 and Bell Donor Management in 2009 and is now responsible for all the administration, financial and charity client liaison matters at StC. Helen spent almost 25 years in the Lloyd's of London Insurance Market before using her vast experience with administration and financial matters to further develop Payroll Giving in the UK.
Bettina Irvine - Corporate Development Manager
Bettina has over 12 years' experience in the third sector, starting off in the 90s at Sharing the Caring as a fundraiser. She then piloted Payroll Giving promotions within the Republic of Ireland for key clients, before venturing into corporate development within the third sector managing high profile companies' payroll giving schemes. She has been doing this for the past 8 years, currently with StC, building relationships with companies and implementing progressive and interactive Payroll Giving schemes that adapt to each company's requirements.
Anne Bailey - Client Relations Consultant
Anne has a wealth of experience in raising funds for national and local charities. She has worked in the sector for the last 20 years with particular involvement in all aspects of Payroll Giving. Anne started her career in the sector as a fundraiser and then went on to work for Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) for 7 years where she managed a team of fundraisers and office based staff. Anne joined StC 2 years ago and is currently working as client relations consultant, assisting clients with bespoke Payroll Giving campaigns tailored to their individual corporate needs.
Mandy Young - Corporate Development Manager
Mandy has 9 years experience in the third sector. In 2005, as Project Manager, she led a very effective Payroll Giving Promotion initiative in Northern Ireland, comissioned by the government in conjuction with the Institute of Fundraising and Business in the Community. Following on from this success she continued as Corporate Development Manager to work with employers and Professional Fundraising bodies to improve employer and donor engagement in the UK and Ireland. Mandy joined StC in 2014 where she will use her knowledge, experience and strategic promotional skills to develop tailored multi-faceted Payroll Giving schemes with corporate clients.
